This Shipping Policy outlines how orders placed on the Typecab Fitness website are processed, shipped, and delivered across India.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Typecab Fitness reserves the right to delay processing in case of:

  • High order volume

  • Payment verification checks

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details


2. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

    • Customer location

    • Courier partner availability

    • Remote or rural area coverage

    • Unexpected logistical disruptions

We deliver within India only.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Shipping charges, once paid, are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across eligible locations in India.

Please note:

  • COD orders may be subject to verification before dispatch.

  • Typecab Fitness reserves the right to refuse COD service for high-risk or repeated failed delivery cases.

  • Customers must ensure availability at the time of delivery.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction of future COD services.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

  • A tracking ID will be shared via SMS or email (if available).

  • Customers can track shipment progress through the courier partner’s website.

If tracking information is not received within 3 business days of placing the order, please contact us.


6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

Typecab Fitness shall not be responsible for:

  • Delivery failures due to incorrect address

  • Incorrect phone number

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply

  • Refund may be denied if product is returned damaged due to failed delivery


7. Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Pandemic-related disruptions

  • Courier operational issues

  • Strikes or transportation breakdowns

While we strive for timely delivery, estimated timelines are not guaranteed.


8. Damaged Packages in Transit

If you receive a visibly damaged package:

  • Do not accept the parcel if severely damaged.

  • Immediately contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the package and product.

Claims without proof may not be accepted.


9. Delivery Completion

Delivery is considered complete when:

  • The product is handed over to the customer or authorized recipient at the provided address.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery.
