At Typecab Fitness, we are committed to maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of nutrition and supplement products, strict return guidelines apply.

Please read this policy carefully before requesting a refund.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers must apply for a refund request within 3 days (72 hours) from the date of delivery.

Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The product must be unused

  • The product seal must be intact (not broken)

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • A valid and genuine reason must be provided

  • Proof of purchase (Order ID/Invoice) must be submitted

If the product seal is broken, opened, or tampered with, the refund request will be automatically rejected.

2. Valid Reasons for Refund

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Expired product delivered

All claims are subject to verification and approval by our team.

We may require:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Packaging images

  • Unboxing video (if available)

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refund will not be granted if:

  • Request is made after 3 days of delivery

  • Product seal is broken

  • Product has been used or consumed

  • Damage is caused due to mishandling

  • Incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer

  • Customer changes mind after delivery

4. Refund Processing Time

If the refund request is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 10 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer (customer must provide correct bank details)

Payment gateway timelines may vary depending on the bank.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

  • Refund for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 10 business days.

6. Final Authority

Typecab Fitness reserves the right to:

  • Approve or reject refund requests after verification

  • Request additional proof if required

  • Refuse refund in case of suspected misuse or fraudulent claims

All decisions made by Typecab Fitness regarding refunds shall be final.
